Suspension character of the Devinci EP 2020
The Devinci EP 2020 runs Devinci’s Split Pivot axle-concentric suspension. As our MTB suspension kinematics guide explains, the linkage type only sets what is possible, what actually defines the ride is the bike’s leverage curve, progressivity and anti-squat, not the name of the system. Set your sag at the wheel rather than only at the shock (on progressive frames the two differ), aim for anti-squat near 100% in your common gears for efficient pedalling, and use the rebound curb test to dial damping. Read this bike by its numbers, not its badge.
